Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the app experience:

• Email address — if you choose to contact us for support or join our mailing list, we collect your email address to respond to your enquiry or send you updates.
• Purchase information — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Apple may share a purchase receipt with us to verify your unlock status.
• Usage and analytics data — we may collect anonymised data about how the app is used (such as which levels are played most) to improve future versions. This data does not identify you personally.
• Device information — we may collect general device and operating system information for technical troubleshooting purposes.
• Locally stored data — game progress and personal best scores are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this information.

How we use your information

• To verify in-app purchases and restore access where applicable
• To send app updates or news if you have opted in to communications
• To diagnose and fix technical issues
• To understand how the app is used and improve the experience

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted third parties only where necessary:

• Apple Inc. — processes all in-app purchases and may collect data in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Analytics providers — anonymised, aggregated usage data may be shared with analytics tools to help us understand app performance.

Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Support emails are retained for up to 2 years. If you wish for your data to be deleted, please contact us at support@finethings.com.au.

Children's privacy

Pretty Memories is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@finethings.com.au. If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under GDPR.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The app and its content

Pretty Memories is owned and operated by Fine Things Pty Ltd (trading as That Pretty Market). All imagery, design, and content within the app is the intellectual property of Fine Things Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Purchases and payments

• The base app (Level 1 — four games) is free to download and play.
• Levels 2, 3, and 4 (twelve additional games) are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase of $2.99 AUD, processed by Apple.
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. For refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app or its content
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms

Availability and updates

We aim to keep Pretty Memories available and enjoyable at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time. Where possible, we will notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Fine Things Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the app, if any.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
